The Conor J. Long Foundation created Wednesday Morning Yoga for kids to start their day off
with a healthy mindset. Our program is designed for kids to have a nice balance of both mental
and physical exercise before they start their school day. Students get to take part in a variety of
simple mat exercises while also having some time to dance their energy out! Wednesday
Morning Yoga creates a comforting place for these students to make friends with one another
and learn what it truly means to #Belikeconor. We had over 50 students in the Spring of 2019
and we are looking forward to expanding our next session in the Fall of 2020!
