
Who was Conor Long?

Conor's Accomplishments
Conor Long was a young man from Boston, N.Y. who lost his life in July 2018 in a hiking accident 10 days after his 20th birthday. While Conor’s life was short, the impact he made on people’s lives in the Hamburg community was extensive.
First and foremost, Conor was kind. He was always the first to help a student in need, a child with a disability or a neighbor in need of a hand. Conor also initiated many programs that showed students the positive impact they could have on their community.

Our Mission
The Conor J. Long Foundation was established in 2018 to inspire individuals to take action in their communities. We exist to create positive changes in the Western New York community by assisting the elderly, helping the disabled, nurturing leadership development and by helping families in need.
Our Team
We provide a place for individuals to volunteer their time, award scholarships and create programs that make our community a better place, just like Conor would have.
