CHRONIC ILLNESS AWARD APPLICATIONS ARE NOW OPEN!
Every year The CJL Foundation provides Chronic Illness awards to those in our local community who struggle with the financial burden of medical bills as a result of a loved one having a chronic illness. This program is in loving memory & celebration of Kerry Sek. Kerry embodied what Conor stood for when it came to assisting those in our community who need it most at such a difficult time.
If you or someone you know in the WNY Community that could benefit from this, please apply below by emailing Meghan Quinn. Please describe the family member impacted, along with any other details about their financial situation surrounding the chronic illness. Thank you!

Conor’s Story.
Conor Long was a young man from Boston, New York who lost his life in July of 2018. Conor tragically passed away in a hiking accident 10 days after his 20th birthday.
